I’m a 46-year-old male(Columbus, Ohio), and for many years I have “muddled” along with a variety of seemingly unrelated ailments that my doctor could never quite put a finger on – reoccurring sinus/ear infections, gastro esophageal reflux (GERD), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) poor sleep, and lethargy. I had been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Severe Endometriosis. I had seen three different Reproductive Endocrinologists and Infertility specialists over the past 4 years. My husband and I had tried most every medication, treatment, and surgery that Western Medicine could offer my conditions in order to get pregnant. When we hadn’t conceived, we decided to see what alternative medicine could offer us. I began seeing Mary Dinneen, somewhat skeptically. My skepticism was primarily due to the fact that I am a healthcare provider and very secure in Western Medicine. Mary melted my skepticism away, bit by bit, with every session.

Mary promptly identified my needs and developed a personalized treatment plan. She taught me how to recognize issues and care for my whole self instead of simply focusing on the physical conditions. I learned about balance and how to be calm, centered, and in tune with my mind and body. While acupuncture treatments were too powerful for me, acupressure was just perfect. I started doing cosmetic acupuncture about 6 months ago and was shocked at the results. I previously had botox to decrease lines in my forehead area. I found botox was expensive and the results did not last long. It only lasted about 10 weeks. Botox also releases toxins into the body which are not natural.
The acupuncture is a natural alternative to botox. It was virtually pain free. There were no stiff or paralyzed areas after undergoing an acupuncture procedure. The best part, I experience better results with acupuncture than I did with Botox. I go for maintenace visits now to maintain the results I achieved. Acupuncture stimulates collagen growth which not only gets rid of lines and wrinkles but is good for the body. I recommend acupuncture to everyone. It’s a way to erase the signs of aging, using what the body already has to offer.

For over 2 years, I struggled with infertility. I was sent reproductive specialists and spent thousands of dollars taking fertility medicine.
